Recipe for butter milk :
Ingredients needed
Curd -100 gm
Water 150 ml
Pudina leaves -7-8
Coriander leaves -as much u like
Jeera powder -1/2 tsp
Rock salt or pink salt as per taste
Black paper powder – a pinch
Mix all the ingredients in blending Jar and blend it nicely And enjoy this super healthy summer drink after your meals specially after lunch Or you can have it as a mid meal.
