Start making your own green tea at home

Ingredients needed :

Take 150ml water now add grated ginger,2 cardamom, 1 luang ,1 black pepper, 5~7 pudina leaves, 3~4 tulsi leaves ,1 t spoon jaggery , a pinch of dalachini powder …

Now boil all the mixture for 10 min on low flame with cover lid . Now strain the tea in a glass cup (don’t use plastic cups )and now add 5 to 7 drops of lemon in it and enjoy the healthiest green tea ……
